Rates

Rates by the hour of suppliers can be misleading. Besides the rate it is also important how much is usually produced within a certain amount of time (quantity) and of which quality. This has a strong relation with available skills, degree of complexity and experience.

IMS prefers to agree a fixed amount for a defined project instead of charging billable hours. Fixing the amount is benefitial for you, since you will have better overview (total expected costs of a project) and you will better be able to compare our offer with other suppliers. Regarding price you will in this way - as people say in Holland - not compare "apples with pears".

General terms and conditions

The - written in Dutch language - general terms and conditions, deposited under number 20093049 at the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam are, unless otherwise agreed, applicable on all quotations and (verbal and written) agreements and contracts of IMS and all related actions, of both preparing and executive nature.
